The Fountas and Pinnell Story
This is the story of how Irene Fountas and Gay Su Pinnell started their journey into the world of teaching literacy. From their early work together in the early 1990s in Reading Recovery(R), through their development of the F&P Text Level Gradient, to now, Fountas and Pinnell have become the preeminent voices in literacy education.
