Evolution of an LLI Book: Baby Pictures (from manuscript to book)
Books like Baby Pictures were created exclusively for Leveled Literacy Intervention. These original, high-quality books were created by a team of talented authors and illustrators under the direction of Fountas and Pinnell. All books have been precisely leveled according to the F&P Text Level Gradient™. The development and leveling of these books has been expertly completed and cross-checked by a team of experienced educators. Great care was taken to ensure each book conforms to the characteristics of texts at a particular level as described in The Fountas & Pinnell Literacy Continuum.
