I can find the alignment document for the Literacy Continuum and the Texas Standards but where is the alignment document that aligns the Fountas and Pinnell Classroom Mini Lessons with the Texas Standards?

The mini lessons are aligned with the Literacy Continuum and therefore the Texas Standards. But, I do not believe a separate document exists at this time, aligning the FPC Mini Lessons with Texas Standards. I will check further.

Thank you for your question.

Here is the update, from Heinemann. The Reading Minilessons are derived from the behaviors and understandings from The Literacy Continuum. At the beginning of each lesson there is a "Continuum Connection" that states which behavior from the Continuum the lesson will address.

I hope this helps!
